There has been a lots of experimentation carried out by scientist looking at so called typically healthy diets. In most of the cases these diets are rich in brightly colored plants such as red peppers, oranges and broccoli. The conventional ideas now points to major links between diet and arthritis as eating particular types of fruits and vegetables can be beneficial to health.
